Doma Technology is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems that reshape decision-making in title insurance and real estate. You'll own the full model lifecycle—from data ingestion and training through deployment, monitoring, and retraining—while serving as a go-to expert in title risk and underwriting for the team.
In this role, you'll collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and domain experts to translate business goals into ML solutions that perform reliably in production environments. You'll conduct ad-hoc analyses and experimentation to inform modeling decisions and stakeholder strategy, with a focus on reducing model losses, improving loss projection fidelity, and identifying emerging risks in the domain.
