ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Inbound Product Manager to own end-to-end product outcomes for the AP AI Specialist agent. This is a hands-on role where you will build, prototype, and validate agent behavior directly with engineering rather than simply writing specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own complete product outcomes for AP AI Specialist, from conception through launch
- Prototype agent behavior, stand up demos, and validate technical feasibility with engineering before roadmap commitment
- Take ambiguous customer pain points, platform constraints, or evaluation failures and determine the right solution shape independently
- Define success criteria for agent behavior, including eval scenarios and confidence thresholds, using evaluation methodology as a real lever for product decisions
- Partner with platform and orchestration teams on architecture tradeoffs (agent design, latency, oversight vs. automation) with sufficient technical depth to challenge proposals
- Translate technical tradeoffs into clear language for engineering, architects, and executives
- Engage with real users early to validate assumptions before committing to further development
- Thrive in ambiguity by creating structure, driving work forward through clarity and credibility

Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of product management experience with recent hands-on work shipping AI/agentic features
- Demonstrated experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights)
- Comfortable prototyping and working in the weeds with engineering: reviewing implementations, standing up demos, not just writing requirements
- Solid understanding of agent architectures—orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning—and ability to translate that into a scoped roadmap
- Excellent communication skills; able to align engineering, architecture, and stakeholders with competing priorities
- AP/finance domain knowledge is a nice-to-have, not required
