You will join as a Staff Frontend Engineer focused on building core trading flows across spot trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets. This is a full-stack frontend role spanning web, mobile (React Native), and browser extension development. You'll own features end-to-end from concept through production, with high agency and bias toward action.
Key responsibilities include: developing features across Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal (web trading platform), and mobile app; leading initiatives to add blockchain support and launch complementary products; interfacing directly with end-users and developers to gather feedback; and contributing to team culture and hiring.
You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive discovery experiences and powerful financial tools. The role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, proactive identification of opportunities, and full ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years full-time software engineering; strong React, TypeScript, and React Native expertise; demonstrated interest in open, community-driven platforms; English proficiency; and experience with trading systems. The ideal candidate thrives in emerging markets, understands the crypto ecosystem, and is passionate about shaping how users discover next-generation assets.
