Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to join its elite technical team. You will operate with the autonomy of a technical founder while maintaining the rigor of a staff-level engineer, working in small teams on high-stakes projects that directly transform Reltio's Context Intelligence Platform into a system of intelligence for enterprise customers.
You will own the complete delivery lifecycle for strategic customer engagements: from initial discovery and technical scoping through agent design, implementation, production rollout, and customer enablement. You'll embed directly with customers to understand real-world problems and translate them into concrete technical solutions using Reltio's Agent Flow platform.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust agentic workflows that integrate with core systems and event sources, orchestrating multi-stage behaviors with human-in-the-loop interactions, and building production-grade components with comprehensive observability, error handling, and security controls suitable for regulated industries. You will leverage automated evaluation frameworks and monitoring dashboards to measure agent accuracy, reliability, and business KPIs, implementing observability and tracing to analyze decisions and tool invocations.
You will encode successful patterns into reusable templates, connectors, reference implementations, and architecture blueprints. You'll publish reusable agent skills, integrations with CRM/ERP systems and external data sources, and accelerators that reduce delivery time across customers. You'll contribute to internal tooling, playbooks, and best-practice documentation.
A critical aspect of this role is synthesizing customer learnings, field signals, and competitive intelligence into structured feedback that shapes Reltio's product roadmap and platform strategy. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise technical and business leaders on data strategy, automation opportunities, and governance, applying deep mastery of data semantics, entity resolution, workflow optimization, and decision-centric system design.
