You will join the GenAI delivery organization as a Staff AI Engineer, taking a key technical leadership role in solving complex business problems for major enterprise customers. You will be part of a cross-functional team of engineers and will contribute to implementing industry-leading multi-agent LLM systems, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems, and open-source LLM deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures
- Own and maintain high-quality, efficient codebases in Python (LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL, ensuring reusability, scalability, and performance
- Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) with optimized resource usage and robust CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business subject matter experts to define requirements and deliver impactful AI products
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team, fostering best practices in ML and LLM development
- Stay current with LLM research advancements and propose emerging techniques to improve model performance
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience building machine learning models and systems
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, agents)
- Demonstrated experience driving engineering teams toward technical roadmaps
- Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
- Understanding of cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
