As a Staff Engineer, you will guide the strategic evolution of core and new systems, establishing clear architectural boundaries, leading migrations, and enabling resilient infrastructure that scales with business growth. You'll influence product and business strategy through deep technical understanding, identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities that impact the organization.
Key responsibilities include fostering alignment across engineering pods and business partners by building trust and refining priorities to ensure engineering strategy supports customer and company goals. You'll partner closely with other Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, and Data professionals to steer organizational direction.
You'll assess and thoughtfully introduce new technologies, including AI and automation tools, through research, prototypes, and written briefs. The role involves solving hard problems that matter: evolving systems to support rapid growth, building flexible platforms for diverse customer needs, and creating novel product experiences.
