As Unit Lead (Responsible Engineer), you will lead the design, development, integration, test, and flight qualification of advanced spaceborne payloads. You will own both the technical definition and execution of new AESA products—state-of-the-art electronics assemblies integrating antenna element arrays, RF electronics, digital array control, and power conversion into optimized, modular systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multidisciplinary technical teams through product development cycles

- Managing project scope, risk, and technical trade-offs in a fast-paced startup environment
This role requires deep expertise in electrical engineering (RF, power electronics, digital systems), combined with strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with hands-on involvement in design, integration, and test activities.
