Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an experienced Staff Design Verification Test Engineer to lead the design verification and testing (DVT) process for next-generation electronic warfare (EW) platforms. This role owns the end-to-end DVT process, from strategy development through production transition, ensuring product reliability and manufacturability. Key responsibilities include: - Authoring comprehensive test strategies and verification plans for new EW products - Establishing testability requirements early in the design cycle - Building and maintaining Verification Cross-Reference Matrices (VCRMs) with measurement methods and pass/fail criteria - Analyzing DVT data to establish production test limits accounting for test station capabilities - Leading EVT/DVT/NPI builds on production-intent hardware stations - Triaging failures to root cause and closing test escapes through improved coverage - Setting design verification standards across EW programs and mentoring test engineers - Driving development and test automation engineering teams to execute verification activities Required qualifications include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, plus 12+ years of industry experience in test, verification, or product engineering with demonstrated ownership of design verification for hardware products taken to production. Hands-on RF and microwave measurement experience is essential (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters). Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and conducting EVT/DVT/NPI builds is required. Preferred qualifications include an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, environmental and reliability verification experience (HALT/HASS, ORT, ESS, thermal/vibration qualification, EMI/EMC), and eligibility for or possession of a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
