Nutanix Professional Services is seeking a Staff Consulting Architect specializing in enterprise storage to lead innovative storage integration projects and mentor consultants. You will architect and deliver enterprise storage solutions integrating Nutanix with Pure Storage, Dell EMC, and other platforms, leading customer architecture and design engagements while modernizing and optimizing existing storage infrastructures.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing storage migration strategies for seamless transitions from legacy systems to modern environments, analyzing and troubleshooting complex storage performance issues across applications, networking, and infrastructure, and mentoring consultants in developing reusable architecture patterns and best practices for storage integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align storage solutions with broader enterprise architecture goals, drive automation of storage provisioning and management processes, and establish trusted relationships with clients as a technical advisor on storage and infrastructure needs.
You bring strong expertise in enterprise storage architecture and integration with Nutanix environments, hands-on experience with Pure Storage and Dell EMC enterprise storage platforms, and proficiency in SAN/NAS technologies including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS/SMB. You can design and optimize storage solutions based on performance, availability, and business requirements, with experience in storage modernization, migration strategies, and data protection architectures. Competence in automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Python is required. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, with strong consulting skills and ability to engage and lead customer architecture discussions.
The role is hybrid, requiring minimum two days per week in office (Bangalore or Pune) with flexibility for remote work. Travel to meet with clients and engage in on-site consultations is essential. You will report to the Director of Professional Services in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
