Nutanix is seeking an experienced Staff Consulting Architect specializing in End-User Computing (EUC) to join the Professional Services team in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in-office with flexibility for remote work, plus travel to client sites and other Nutanix offices as needed.
You will architect and design enterprise end-user computing solutions leveraging Citrix and Omnissa technologies within Nutanix infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading customer engagements to define architecture and migration strategies for virtual desktop and application environments, troubleshooting complex EUC deployments, and providing technical leadership to consulting teams. You will develop reusable reference architectures, design guides, and standard operating procedures for Citrix/Omnissa deployments, and conduct workshops with clients on EUC strategy, performance optimization, and security.
The role emphasizes mentoring junior consultants, driving EUC modernization and automation initiatives, and establishing performance metrics to ensure optimal user experience and system reliability. You will report to the Director of Professional Services in a collaborative, customer-centric environment that values continuous learning and technical excellence.
Required qualifications include 10+ years of experience in EUC, virtualization, or related infrastructure technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Citrix and/or Omnissa enterprise platforms. You must have deep understanding of VDI, application virtualization, and enterprise networking, proficiency in Nutanix AHV and VMware vSphere environments, and experience designing high-availability, backup, DR, and business continuity solutions. Strong customer-facing consulting and technical leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in automation tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible. Relevant certifications in Citrix, VMware, or related technologies are preferred.
