The company unifies portfolio, market, and client data to deliver AI-powered insights within investment workflows, with offices across NYC, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, Singapore, and São Paulo.
You will join the newly formed Security Solutions team within Information Security & Risk as a Staff AI Security Engineer. This is a high-impact, project-driven role focused on driving organization-wide security enhancements with a heavy emphasis on AI security.
Key responsibilities span three areas:
**AI Security Innovation & Strategy**: Stay current with emerging AI security trends, models, and innovations. Advise on proper security architectures and best practices as the organization scales AI adoption.
**Platform AI Security**: Partner with Engineering and Application Security teams to ensure products leverage AI securely across the platform. This includes reviewing AI integrations, model deployments, and third-party AI service usage.
**AI Enablement & Governance**: Work with the Architecture team to securely enable internal AI productivity initiatives. Implement AI guardrails and controls to minimize data loss risks and prevent use of insecure or unapproved AI methods. Maintain documentation and guidance for all employees.
**AI Defense in Depth**: Protect Addepar against AI-based attacks and threats, including supply chain compromises. Guide and mentor fellow security teams on leveraging AI for security benefits.
**Broader Security Initiatives**: Lead and execute complex, project-driven security enhancements across infrastructure, applications, and corporate environments. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on security architecture and design.
