As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will lead high-impact AI transformation initiatives across the UK and Nordics region. This senior role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, working directly on Mistral's most strategic customer opportunities and largest deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
**Shape High-Impact AI Transformations**: Partner with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities and develop account strategy. Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI creates material business value. Structure complex opportunities into clear, executable transformation programs. Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans. Help customers navigate trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and scalability.
**Sponsor Strategic Deliveries**: Act as senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs. Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact. Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments. Bring senior judgment to scope, resource, timeline, and value clarification.
**Build Deployment Excellence**: Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable playbooks and patterns. Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled. Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization, helping teams adopt best practices adapted to local market needs. Connect customer realities and field feedback into practical improvements. Help codify enterprise AI deployment excellence across industries.
**Develop Senior Team Impact**: Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership. Help teams raise work quality on high-impact opportunities. Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring and development priorities. Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions.
You bring 8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise technology. You've operated at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in top-tier strategy consulting or transformation contexts. You excel at structuring ambiguous problems, identifying value, and turning strategy into execution. You have experience leading large accounts, complex programs, and senior customer relationships. You engage credibly with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities and impact. You combine strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively. You're comfortable working at the frontier of technology where solutions evolve quickly.
