As a Staff Agentic AI Engineer, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for building the core agentic factory platform that enables customers to define and build customer-specific agents for enterprise automation and brand interaction use cases. You will design and implement reliable, scalable, and measurable agentic systems deployed in complex, real-world production environments serving enterprise customers and business users.
The core technical challenge involves building systems that generate agents rather than just implementing agents themselves. This requires modeling enterprise knowledge as structured graphs and transforming those graphs into working agents. Customers' source material is typically large, messy, and frequently contradictory—making it tractable is the fundamental problem you'll solve. You will work on the infrastructure and architecture that powers agent generation, handling the complexity of real enterprise data and knowledge representation at scale.
