- Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency using AI and automation tools
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable independently owning recurring deadlines, investigating discrepancies, building processes from scratch, and improving workflows in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a remote position with occasional travel to our Boston headquarters.

- 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally including meaningful month-end close experience within a growing business or public accounting environment

- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve accounting workflows and efficiency
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with QuickBooks or a similar accounting system
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment where processes and systems are evolving and may need to be built, documented, and improved from scratch
