Salary: USD 131,400 - 164,300 / annual

Uniphore is a B2B AI-native enterprise software company delivering multimodal AI solutions across customer experience, knowledge management, and workflow automation. This Senior Workday Systems Analyst role is a hands-on functional business partner responsible for supporting, configuring, and improving the Workday platform across the organization. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and provide reliable production support. Key responsibilities include: **Workday Configuration & Support:** Configure and maintain Workday HCM (worker lifecycle events, organizations, job management, staffing models, work structures), Recruiting (requisitions, candidate workflows, offers, hiring, scheduling), Compensation (plans, eligibility rules, review processes, validations, statements), Performance and Talent (goals, reviews, calibration, talent reviews, templates, notifications, dashboards), and Absence/Time Tracking (plans, eligibility, accruals, time entry, validations, approvals). **Production Support & Troubleshooting:** Own analysis and resolution of Workday production issues, including root-cause analysis, configuration fixes, testing, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, governance-aligned Workday solutions. **Business Processes & Security:** Configure and maintain Workday business processes (steps, approvals, condition rules, validations, notifications, security policies). Administer role-based, user-based, and organization-based security groups. Establish cadence for system security reviews, segregation-of-duties, and data integrity. Conduct downstream impact analysis before implementing changes. **Reporting & Data Design:** Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports (advanced, matrix, trending). Create and troubleshoot calculated fields. Establish and execute recurring data audits and reconciliations across Workday and integrated third-party systems. Configure and maintain Workday Hubs, dashboards, and self-service tools. Perform mass data changes using Workday EIBs. Monitor and support Workday integrations; troubleshoot data and integration issues. **Testing, Releases & Continuous Improvement:** Lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, roll-out, and post-production support. Review bi-annual releases, recommend new feature adoption, and lead testing. Maintain system setup documentation, test scripts, and user guides. Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR users and support partners. Partner with Workday, vendors, and external consultants to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. **Requirements:** - B.S. in Human Resources or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and production support in a complex environment - Strong configuration experience in Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Advanced Comp, with experience in several additional areas (Core Compensation, Performance, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking) - Experience with EIB data loads - Strong experience configuring Workday business processes, building custom reports, and calculated fields - Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production deployments - Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills with careful attention to data accuracy and controls - Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** - Workday certifications or formal training in one or more relevant functional areas - Experience supporting Workday in a global or multi-country environment - Experience supporting Workday integrations and working with technical teams or vendors to resolve integration issues - Understanding of HR data privacy, audit controls, and change management - Experience supporting semiannual Workday releases - Familiarity with scheduling tools (Paradox, Rooster, or similar) Note: This position does not offer relocation assistance.
