Salary: USD 136,000 - 200,000 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services, with 2400+ customers across 70+ countries. As Senior Workday Integrations Analyst on the Corporate IT team, you will be the technical owner of Workday HCM, integrations, and security architecture, playing a critical role in scaling HR systems globally.
You will own Workday HCM configuration and optimization, managing core HR data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycles. You'll design, build, and troubleshoot complex Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Studio to connect Workday with downstream systems like Snowflake, Carta, and Ashby. Security model management is a key responsibility—you'll configure domain security policies, business process security, role-based access controls, and masking policies to ensure audit readiness and proper data segmentation.
You'll configure and deploy advanced business processes, condition rules, and approval routings to automate HR workflows. Cross-functional partnership with People Operations, Security, Data Engineering, and Finance is essential for gathering requirements and supporting strategic initiatives. You'll manage Workday release cycles, including testing new features, regression testing, and production deployments.
Required: minimum 5 years hands-on Workday configuration and administration with deep HCM expertise; proven experience designing and managing Workday integration architecture; extensive knowledge of Workday security configuration and audit compliance; advanced proficiency in Workday Business Process Framework; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Bonus: Workday Pro Certification in HCM, Integrations, or Security; experience with Snowflake, Carta, or Ashby integrations; scaling Workday for high-growth tech companies.
