Harvey is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Analyst to serve as the technical owner for Workday HCM, integrations, and security architecture as the company scales globally. This role sits within the Corporate IT team and is critical to ensuring Harvey's core HR systems remain scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with the broader technology stack. Key responsibilities include: - HCM Configuration & Support: Act as the primary Workday specialist, optimizing and maintaining core HR data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle processes. - Integration Architecture: Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Studio to connect Workday with downstream systems like Snowflake, Carta, and Ashby. - Security Model Management: Own Workday security configuration including domain security policies, business process security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and data masking policies. Ensure audit readiness and proper segmentation of sensitive HR data. - Advanced Business Processes: Configure, test, and deploy complex business processes, condition rules, and approval routings to automate HR workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with People Operations, Security, Data Engineering, and Finance to gather requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and support strategic initiatives. - Release Management: Manage Workday release cycles, including testing new features, running regression tests, and deploying updates to production. Required qualifications include minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience with deep HCM expertise, proven experience designing and managing Workday integration architecture, extensive knowledge of Workday security configuration, and advanced proficiency in Workday Business Process Framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments. Bonus qualifications include Workday Pro Certification in HCM, Integrations, or Security, prior experience managing integrations with Snowflake, Carta, or Ashby, and experience scaling Workday for high-growth global technology companies.
