PayNearMe is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (individual contributor) to lead execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across their payments platform. The role requires a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to chaos, and inspires alignment without formal authority.
You will work across engineering, product, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure delivery of high-impact programs that advance PayNearMe's platform and business goals. This is a portfolio-level role managing programs with high technical and organizational complexity, scaling TPM best practices across multiple teams and platforms, and driving alignment with senior leaders on delivery, planning, and execution rhythms.
Key responsibilities include: leading complex cross-functional programs from inception through launch; owning portfolio-level roadmapping and managing priorities across a program portfolio; driving change management and enablement efforts to ensure team alignment and adoption of new processes and tools; scaling TPM best practices and delivery frameworks across multiple teams; identifying friction points and establishing repeatable frameworks to improve execution velocity; applying agile, scrum, and lean methodologies tailored to program context; bringing system-level thinking to understand architectural impacts and navigate technical trade-offs; developing comprehensive program plans and roadmaps; partnering with engineering leadership and product teams to translate business needs into executable plans; anticipating systemic risks and managing complex dependencies at scale; and influencing decision-making across senior stakeholders without formal authority.
