ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to drive market success of its AI Assistant portfolio, including EmployeeWorks. This role bridges product, field, and customers to shape adoption narratives, enable repeatable deployments, and accelerate growth across enterprise organizations.
You will develop deep customer and market understanding by segmenting needs, analyzing competitive landscapes, and understanding real-world enterprise deployment constraints including security, governance, and change management. You'll define and test GA readiness for integrations by packaging documentation, creating deployment guides, establishing support escalation paths, and building operational playbooks.
Key responsibilities include leading adoption efforts for new capabilities and major integrations through announcements, release notes, demo assets, and internal enablement. You'll manage early access programs to gather feedback and validate product capabilities, serving as the primary Voice of the Customer advocate within product, engineering, and leadership teams.
You'll enable Sales, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Support teams with talk tracks, discovery questions, ROI narratives, competitive objection handling, implementation checklists, and troubleshooting guides. You'll define and drive adoption and success metrics for the Assistant, translate field insights and deployment learnings into prioritized requirements for inbound product managers, and manage community engagement to drive interest and customer success.
This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can operate at the intersection of product strategy, customer advocacy, and field enablement—someone who can craft compelling narratives, build practical enablement assets, and drive measurable adoption outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions, Partner Success, or hybrid PM/PMM roles, ideally with enterprise SaaS and platform/integration products
- Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling integrations, connectors, platform ecosystems, or developer/admin-facing features
- Strong understanding of enterprise deployment realities: SSO/OAuth/SAML, permissions and ACLs, data governance, security reviews, compliance, and admin UX
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Ability to craft crisp narratives and practical enablement: writing pitches, building decks, and equipping teams to win
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, SE, CS, Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Security/Legal
- Analytical approach to adoption: defining metrics, instrumenting success, and making data-informed recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity without losing technical truth
- Strong accountability, influence, and execution capability
- Action-oriented mindset and motivation to deliver impactful outcomes
