ServiceNow's Security & Risk Unit is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered Security Incident Response (SIR) and AI-to-AI security integrations. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with company-wide technical scope, reporting into VP-level roadmap decisions.
In this role, you will own a significant portion of the AI product roadmap for Security Incident Response, transforming customer requirements into innovative solutions. You'll set technical and strategic direction that Engineering, UX, and Sales align to, with visibility into executive-level decisions. Your focus will be driving measurable improvements in customer adoption of AI-powered capabilities—tracking production adoption, monthly active users (MAUs), and renewal metrics.
A key responsibility is defining product strategy for AI-to-AI security integrations, establishing how autonomous AI agents collaborate across security platforms to enable Agentic Incident Response (AIR) workflows. You'll work directly with enterprise customers and partners in strategic meetings to align on solutions, integration approaches, differentiation, and value propositions.
You'll translate complex AI and security workflows into clear, actionable product requirements, incorporating customer research, usability insights, and market analysis into product decisions. You'll communicate priorities across Engineering, Design (UX), Architecture, and partner teams, owning execution and shipping. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, leadership, and external partner ecosystems.

**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of software product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SecOps, AI/ML, or related domains
- AI-first mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini) to accelerate product management work across requirements analysis, decision-making, analytics, and workflow automation
- Proven track record defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into executable product roadmaps
- Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high-impact activities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep curiosity about customer needs with demonstrated track record building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric security solutions
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships with external partners and building successful integrations with established or emerging tech or security vendors
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical problems into easily understood requirements for diverse audiences
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior PMs, helping elevate product thinking and execution quality across the organization
- Preferred: Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent2Agent) protocol, AI agent communication protocols, API design, or distributed automation frameworks
