Factory is building the platform for self-improving software development, helping enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers including Nvidia, Blackstone, RBC, Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile use Factory to ship code, review PRs, run tests, and deploy continuously. The company raised $200M at a $5B valuation in 2026, with total funding exceeding $400M, backed by Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, and operators like Ali Ghodsi (Databricks CEO) and Frank Slootman (former Snowflake CEO). As Product Manager for Growth, you will own the overall approach to user activation and productivity on the platform. You'll define what it means to be an activated user and drive adoption across both self-serve and enterprise deployment channels. You'll also own the self-serve product offering, including what's provided, pricing, packaging, strategic role, and success metrics. You'll operate across multiple engineering pods and collaborate closely with Marketing, BizOps, and Deployment functions. You need a strong thesis for what makes a compelling early software factory experience in a competitive market, and an informed perspective on how product-led growth reinforces top-down enterprise motion. You should be comfortable with technical architecture discussions and presenting roadmap priorities to leadership. Key responsibilities include owning roadmaps for multiple major product areas, partnering closely with customers and data to identify pain points and translate them into improvements, working with engineering and research to ship AI-powered development features, and building scalable frameworks and processes as the product team grows. You'll work directly with C-suite executives at major companies and ship improvements directly to the product, helping define the role of Product in a software factory-driven organization. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles, including deep developer tools background or at least one year in an engineering role - Experience leading Growth teams in an Enterprise context with a fast-paced, scientific mindset to product development - Strong technical foundation with proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams on complex technical products - Demonstrated ability to drive product launches from concept through release with evidence of meaningful user adoption or commercial impact - Active engagement with the AI ecosystem, staying current on coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging industry trends through hands-on experimentation - Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments and take end-to-end ownership The team works in the office 5 days a week in San Francisco, walking distance to Caltrain.
