Salary: USD 150,000 - 192,000 / annual

You will lead the development and execution of complex engineering programs within the Silicon-Photonics and Laser light source Platforms team. This is a technical program management role requiring deep engineering expertise combined with program leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, mechanical engineers) and manage supplier interactions
- Define project requirements and align cross-functional teams on goals, resourcing, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop phase-gate processes for product development through high-volume manufacturing, including entry/exit criteria
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor program progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Partner with product management and marketing for successful product launch and customer adoption
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 7+ years of program management experience in semiconductors and/or photonics
- Strong technical background in semiconductor, photonics, or optics engineering
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
- PgMP, PMP, or other program/project management certification
- Familiarity with product development and commercialization processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- System-level experience
- MS or PhD
