The Growth Engineering team owns the systems that determine user acquisition, onboarding, and retention—spanning analytics infrastructure, martech integrations, experimentation frameworks, and full-stack features. This is a small, high-output team where technical work directly impacts conversion and activation metrics.
You will serve as the technical foundation of the Growth Engineering team, owning architecture decisions that affect how the entire team measures and ships work. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining Go-based data pipelines that power growth analytics from event ingestion to reliable reporting; auditing and optimizing martech integrations to eliminate underperforming or redundant tooling; architecting experimentation infrastructure for clean A/B testing and accurate measurement; shipping full-stack growth features in Go and TypeScript end-to-end without handoffs; and bringing ML systems into production for personalization, predictive modeling, and experiment analysis. You will also review experiment designs and code from other growth engineers to raise quality standards and mentor the team's technical thinking.
This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy and trust to make high-stakes architectural calls without requiring sign-off at every step. You will write code daily and have direct influence on what gets built, how it gets built, and what gets retired. The role requires fluency with AI-assisted development tools, which you'll use daily to accelerate your own output and set a higher bar for team practices.
