Salary: PLN 310,000 - 372,000 / annual

The Platform Services team sits at the core of accelerating Addepar's platform scalability, elasticity, and global expansion. This team drives innovation and standards for building distributed services and on-demand environments to support rapid growth. Working at the intersection of application, infrastructure, and operations, the team promotes developer velocity and robust process automation. As a Senior Software Engineer on Platform Services, you will: - Develop resilient distributed services and high-quality tooling to support product operations and engineering teams - Investigate and debug complex issues that span across teams and applications - Drive software delivery improvements and enhance the engineering processes used to develop and release software - Work with teams across the organization to solve infrastructure and platform challenges You are comfortable working independently with a bias for action, thrive in ambiguous spaces where solutions aren't immediately clear, and enjoy digging into new problems and unfamiliar codebases. You excel at both written and verbal communication. Required qualifications include proven backend software engineering experience, proficiency in server-side OO languages (particularly Java), strong Linux skills, and familiarity with infrastructure components such as CI/CD, monitoring, logging, containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. Experience with HTTP, REST APIs, and web API development is expected.
