Salary: PLN 310,000 - 372,000 / annual

Addepar is a global data and AI platform serving over 1,400 investment firms managing nearly $9 trillion in assets. The company unifies portfolio, market, and client data to deliver AI-powered insights within investment workflows, with offices across nine major cities worldwide. You will join the Identity and Authentication team as a Senior Software Engineer, building full-stack systems that authenticate users and enable self-service product configuration. Your work spans the entire authentication lifecycle—from login and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to administrative tools that allow customers to configure experiences for their internal teams and end-clients. Key responsibilities include: - Author Java APIs and web UIs for user and customer configuration tools that expose Addepar's identity platform capabilities - Migrate authentication experiences to new platforms supporting global availability, improved user experience, and customization - Bridge architectural identity investments with product-driven UX improvements - Provide expertise on authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) during product design - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to meet complex regional, compliance, and privacy requirements You bring extensive professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java and modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Svelte, or equivalent). You have deep knowledge of identity fundamentals, secure session management, and modern authentication/authorization protocols. You're comfortable with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB), and you excel at problem-solving across complex domains. You communicate effectively across engineering and non-engineering teams and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience is required. Legal authorization to work in Poland is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
