As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will develop, design, debug, and modify software components in an agile environment. You'll write automated unit and integration tests to support continuous integration pipelines, participate in code reviews to assess code quality, and prototype creative solutions by building minimum viable products. You'll work with senior engineers and peers to craft and implement technical vision, communicate effectively with distributed cross-functional teams, and resolve problems and roadblocks as they arise. You'll also participate in user story creation and drive continuous improvement in software and development processes.
You bring 6+ years of professional front-end development experience with deep understanding of web development best practices. You're skilled with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep experience in React (the company's framework of choice), Angular, or Vue. You have strong TypeScript experience, working knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools, and a high bar for quality assurance. You're scrappy, flexible, and eager to learn—comfortable moving from email templates to complex web applications. You have strong problem-solving skills, a build-test-learn mindset, and the ability to rapidly prototype and adjust based on customer feedback. You work well in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and understand software development lifecycle methodologies.
