ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering architecture and processes including code reviews and unit testing.
You will work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to users. You'll implement software that is intuitive and extensible, allowing customers to customize functionality to meet their specific needs. You will contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing across the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience with JavaScript or a similar object-oriented language
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, with focus on reusability and componentization
- Experience with algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React or Vue
- Strong analytical and design skills
