AlertMedia is a fast-growing software company building a Risk Intelligence and Response platform that helps organizations protect their people, operations, and brand. We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack experience to design and develop features for the AlertMedia product suite. You'll work in a collaborative engineering environment that values quality, impact, and teamwork. The role involves building scalable production web applications using Python and/or Elixir, with hands-on experience across the entire technology stack.
You'll have the opportunity to work with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. As an AI-forward company, AlertMedia actively integrates modern AI tools like Claude and Codex into the development workflow to help engineers work smarter, move faster, and build better products.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing high-quality code, and contributing to technical strategy. You'll be expected to learn continuously, share knowledge with teammates, and take ownership of meaningful projects that impact the product and customers.
