We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong AI development tool experience to accelerate an AI-first development model already underway. This hands-on engineering role focuses on designing and extending AI agents, skills, and automation that take on engineering work—steadily widening their scope from planning and implementation through code review and CI/CD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and extending AI agents and automation systems that handle engineering tasks
- Reducing friction in the development workflow: optimizing local environments, shortening feedback loops, and eliminating manual steps
- Working across teams as a hands-on engineer, partnering directly with engineers to improve how they interact with AI agents
- Rolling out changes that drive adoption and stick within the engineering organization
- Owning testing, code quality, and integration aspects of agent-driven workflows
You are a software engineer first who enjoys writing code and making systems better. You actively use AI tools in your daily development work and look for ways to push them further. You have experience building or deeply integrating with AI/ML systems, understand the developer experience challenges of AI-assisted workflows, and can bridge the gap between AI capabilities and practical engineering needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and can communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
