Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join the Securiti Sciences team. This role goes beyond traditional QA or developer positions—you'll be a technical consultant and quality champion embedded across the entire software development lifecycle.
You will design and implement robust automation strategies, choosing between API, UI, and other testing approaches based on system architecture and data flow analysis. Your responsibilities include analyzing system architecture to ensure comprehensive test coverage, collaborating with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream in the development process, and driving continuous improvement in development processes.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software test engineering experience, preferably at an enterprise SaaS organization where you've handled application and/or security testing of web and network applications. You'll need strong programming skills and hands-on experience with automation frameworks, a deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures, and a proactive mindset with genuine passion for quality excellence.
