Neo4j is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to own field marketing strategy and execution across the Northeast/Canada and Mid-Atlantic/Southeast regions. This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-directed marketer who will build regional plans, adapt to market shifts, and drive pipeline results through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Strategy: Own and drive field marketing strategy for assigned regions, translating company and pipeline goals into actionable regional plans. Set regional objectives, target segments, accounts, and KPIs, adjusting the plan as market conditions and sales priorities change. Bring strategic thinking to budget allocation decisions and ensure alignment with corporate marketing, product marketing, sales, and revenue goals.
Campaign & Pipeline Execution: Plan and run integrated regional campaigns including field events, targeted account marketing programs, executive roundtables, third-party conferences, and digital/local activations. Partner with sales leadership on strategic account marketing initiatives.
Metrics & Performance Analysis: Define and track KPIs including MQLs, stage 3 pipeline created/accelerated, meetings booked, event-sourced opportunities, and campaign ROI. Use campaign data and qualitative field feedback to decide what to scale, adjust, or cut. Analyze results after major campaigns to capture lessons learned and apply them to future programs. Bring data-driven perspectives to planning conversations with sales and marketing leadership.
Regional Market Presence & Brand Visibility: Build company presence and reputation through field marketing events and local thought leadership. Shape regional positioning and messaging informed by competitive and industry trends. Represent regions internally by flagging opportunities, risks, and market shifts to leadership.
Partner & Systems Integrator Engagement: Partner with corporate partner teams and regional partner sales managers to integrate strategic partners and systems integrators into regional events and campaigns. Use partner co-marketing to strengthen relationships and drive incremental engagement. Build joint regional programs with priority partners that create mutual pipeline value. Track partner participation and contribution to event performance.
Budget & Resource Management: Own the field marketing budget for both regions, allocating spend across programs to maximize pipeline and brand impact. Track, forecast, and report on spend and ROI, making the case for budget reallocation when programs underperform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as marketing business partner to regional sales teams, planning and monitoring pipeline creation. Serve as connective tissue between regional sales, BDR/SDR teams, and corporate marketing leadership. Communicate proactively with stakeholders, manage production timelines, and keep everyone aligned without heavy oversight.
Requirements:
