Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 / annual
Alamar Biosciences is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner during significant organizational growth. This role combines strategic workforce planning with full-cycle recruiting execution across multiple business functions, with primary focus on supporting commercial organization expansion while recruiting for scientific, technical, operational, and corporate positions.
The Senior Recruiter will operate at both strategic and executional levels, partnering closely with leaders to translate business priorities into workforce plans and hiring outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers on talent market dynamics, organizational design, compensation positioning, and candidate assessment.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Talent Partnership**: Partner with executive and functional leaders to understand business objectives and develop proactive talent acquisition plans aligned with annual hiring goals. Anticipate future talent needs and build pipelines for critical roles. Provide data-driven market intelligence on talent availability, competitive positioning, and recruiting best practices.
**Commercial Expansion Recruiting**: Lead recruiting efforts for Alamar's expanding commercial organization, including sales leadership, field sales, sales operations, applications, and customer success roles. Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-growth teams across multiple geographies and build robust talent pipelines.
**Full-Cycle Recruiting**: Manage end-to-end recruiting across all functions—from intake meetings and sourcing strategy through offer negotiations. Drive exceptional candidate experiences, ensure timely movement through the recruitment lifecycle, and serve as primary point of accountability for hiring outcomes.
**Process Excellence**: Continuously improve recruiting processes for efficiency and scalability. Utilize recruiting technologies and data to enhance decision-making. Partner with HR Operations on seamless onboarding and support employer branding initiatives.
**Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships across all organizational levels. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation. Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and create consistency in hiring decisions.
**Requirements**
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multiple business functions
- Demonstrated success recruiting for commercial, technical, scientific, and corporate positions
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations and managing significant hiring volume
- Strong consultative partnership skills with managers and business leaders
- Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day recruiting execution
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting within biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or related industries
- Experience supporting commercial sales expansions and field-based organizations
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise recruiting systems
