As a Senior Project Manager in Professional Services, you will own the end-to-end deployment process for enterprise customers, leading complex implementations from kickoff through successful launch and adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding customers through Dialpad's deployment methodology while managing project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mastering Dialpad's deployment methodology, products, and tools to lead complex enterprise implementations
- Owning end-to-end deployment projects for enterprise customers, implementing Dialpad products, features, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer deliverables across multiple simultaneous implementations
- Using cloud-based project management tools to track progress, maintain project health, and provide visibility to customers and internal stakeholders
- Leading customer project meetings, establishing clear expectations and accountability, and proactively identifying and resolving risks or blockers
- Partnering closely with customers and internal teams to navigate complex requirements and drive accountability
- Ensuring each deployment is executed with rigor and sets customers up for long-term success
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Professional Services and is based remotely from North Carolina. You will need strong understanding of SaaS implementations, customer environments, and enterprise deployment best practices.
