Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building advanced systems that help military personnel understand their operational environment and make faster, better-informed decisions. The Battlespace Awareness team creates systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that transforms thousands of data streams into real-time, 3D command and control centers. As Senior Program Manager, Battlespace Awareness, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major product line for critical defense programs. You will serve as the linchpin ensuring complex, cross-functional programs stay on track, meet objectives, and deliver according to schedule. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and maintain detailed project and execution plans covering planning, testing, delivery, and ongoing monitoring • Establish clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs • Partner closely with technical teams and subject matter experts to understand priorities, dependencies, and progress • Translate technical insights into clear project plans and incorporate new priorities as needed • Maintain comprehensive documentation including specifications, user materials, and project reports • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness • Oversee planning and execution of delivery processes, ensuring smooth rollouts on schedule • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards before release • Serve as primary point of contact for all project-related communications internally and externally • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones through reports and presentations • Assess and allocate necessary resources—people, tools, and budget—to support the project • Monitor resource use and make adjustments to avoid bottlenecks or shortages • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies with subject matter experts • Regularly review and update risk management plans as the project evolves • Work with other divisions and departments to ensure the program supports broader priorities and meets integration requirements • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams for unified program execution REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field • Extensive program or project management experience, ideally on complex, multi-team programs • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
