True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as a trusted partner to customers, guiding mission-critical programs from concept to execution. You will manage complex program lifecycles, integrating technical, schedule, and cost baselines while overseeing subcontractor performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and mission delivery
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, developing deep relationships to understand mission objectives and align program goals accordingly
- Create, implement, and own the coordinated program baseline (cost, schedule, technical) in partnership with the chief engineer
- Manage complex situations, delegate authority, drive innovative thinking, and demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments
- Provide transparent, agile solutions that support customer goals and advance national security missions
- Manage risk, engage stakeholders, and execute programs with excellence in the space domain
