Lucid Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of the Developer Platform team. This role focuses on embedding Lucid's visual collaboration capabilities into the tools customers already use—including Slack integrations, APIs, AI features, and a broader ecosystem of integrations.
You will drive collaboration across UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams to deliver customer value and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include becoming an expert advocate for customer needs and motivations, owning a multi-project roadmap anchored to company strategy, and shepherding product features through their full lifecycle from ideation through iteration. You'll conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to discover and validate feature ideas, leverage metrics to understand usage patterns, and identify optimization opportunities.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software product management experience, with a proven track record leading cross-team platform initiatives in B2B SaaS environments. You should be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers, communicating strategy to executives, and de-risking work through rapid hypothesis validation. A technical background (CS, MIS, or equivalent) is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience owning product strategy for platform or API surfaces, familiarity with document-centric SaaS solutions, experience with SaaS tool administrators, rapid prototyping and A/B testing expertise, and a track record of mentoring other product managers. You should be comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and have a strong eye for design and brand polish.
