Uber is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of its Global Payment Compliance Platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory requirements, and technical complexity, requiring someone who can navigate multi-sided marketplace dynamics and high-stakes financial integrations.
You will define the long-term product vision in collaboration with leadership, focusing on new opportunities and the evolving landscape of global financial regulations. Key responsibilities include building and evolving core compliance capabilities such as KYB (Know Your Business), KYC (Know Your Customer), PRRM (Partner Risk Rating Model), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), and ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence), leveraging AI and automation where appropriate.
You'll partner closely with Compliance Officers, Commercial Operations leads, Legal, Payments, and Operations teams to translate their needs into product requirements. You will define and prioritize a detailed product roadmap that balances regulatory obligations, user requirements, and business growth objectives. A critical part of this role is aligning leadership and cross-organizational product teams on core problems, influencing the broader product roadmap, and ensuring coordinated execution.
Collaboration is essential: you'll work with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Data Engineering, ML, Technical Program Management, Compliance Operations, and Business Operations teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and feature definition through launch and post-launch iteration.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated experience in compliance and regulatory products with strong understanding of compliance modules and processes (AML, KYC, ODD, EDD, Screening, etc.)
- Strong technical depth: ability to coordinate large engineering efforts, identify technical risks, and partner effectively with engineering managers
- Experience defining OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs and platforms
- Proven ability to represent significant areas of work to executives, gather feedback, generate alignment, and secure support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/quantitative field
PREFERRED:
- Experience building and managing internal or enterprise platforms at global scale
- Global experience launching products that bridge digital and physical worlds across diverse regional contexts
