As Senior Product Manager for Autonomous Testing, you will own the product strategy, vision, and execution for Copado's testing ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you'll define how intelligent, AI-driven testing capabilities transform legacy workflows into frictionless, scalable platform experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Strategy & AI Innovation**
- Develop and lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the testing product area, aligned with Copado's broader AI-native vision
- Conceive, scope, and ship intelligent, AI-driven testing capabilities that assist, optimize, and automate workflows
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-impact roadmaps, balancing short-term feature velocity with long-term platform stability
- Own end-to-end execution of new product launches, including pricing and packaging strategies
**Platform Scalability & Integration**
- Ensure the testing platform is highly stable, scalable, and deeply integrated into customers' continuous delivery pipelines
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to eliminate friction and create elegant experiences across multi-system environments
- Define technical requirements and success metrics for platform reliability and performance
**Customer & Market Leadership**
- Conduct deep customer research to understand testing pain points and opportunities
- Build compelling narratives around autonomous testing capabilities
- Establish thought leadership in the DevOps and testing automation space

You're comfortable working with cutting-edge AI and agent-based technologies while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.
