The Employer Solutions Go-To-Market Planning & Operations team drives Lyra's GTM strategy and revenue growth. As a Senior Planning & Operations Associate, you will balance strategic planning with operational execution to guide scalable growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive GTM initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success, analytics, finance, operations) to optimize efficiency and manage costs
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, providing insights to drive ACV and revenue growth
- Monitor leading indicators against forecast and incorporate learnings into booking projections
- Align with product on roadmap, develop business cases, and set operating goals for product launches
- Act as a key growth stakeholder for business operations, product, finance, and clinical operations teams
- Optimize GTM strategy and planning processes by identifying key metrics, developing measurement tools, and driving cross-functional alignment
- Support development of scalable operating models, including territory planning and account assignments
- Make recommendations on strategic investments in partner/vendor solutions
Sample projects include territory planning, market analysis and customer segmentation, sales investment optimization with booking and quota analysis, developing analytical dashboards for growth plans, and leading cross-functional program management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant quantitative disciplines
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, digital health, or related fields (healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
- Highly organized self-starter who assumes ownership and drives objectives in dynamic environments
- Ability to break down complex problems, summarize key insights, and lead teams to optimal outcomes
- Experience developing business and financial models to support business decisions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to gain sponsorship from senior leaders
- Ability to lead diverse stakeholders and manage multiple competing priorities aligned to short and long-term objectives
- Analytically and operationally minded with sound business judgment
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets required); comfort triaging multiple data sources
- Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt working hours as needed
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce experience
- Prior management consulting experience
- B2B or B2B2C product experience
- Healthcare or benefits strategy background
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.)
- Located on West Coast, working PST hours
