6sense is hiring a Senior ML Engineer to join its AI team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building production machine learning systems that power the company's AI-driven GTM intelligence platform, including RevvyAI and API/MCP server integrations.
You will own machine learning problems end-to-end: from data exploration and modeling through deployment, monitoring, and production iteration. Core responsibilities include building NLP, LLM, and agentic systems at enterprise scale; developing explainable ranking, recommendation, prediction, and optimization models; and partnering with Product and Go-to-Market teams to translate business problems into shipped capabilities. You'll improve performance, scalability, and reliability of production ML systems, help shape AI platform architecture, communicate technical work to diverse audiences, and mentor other engineers.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of industry experience building and deploying production ML systems with clear end-to-end ownership. Required skills include strong foundations in machine learning and applied statistics, hands-on depth in NLP, transformers, embeddings, and retrieval-based systems, and practical experience with modern GenAI tools (LangGraph, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock). You should have strong Python skills, experience building distributed ML pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Databricks, or equivalent), solid grasp of feature engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps practices, and a product mindset focused on customer impact.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and background in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI products, or forward-deployed engineering with complex customer data.
This is a build-and-ship role, not research-focused. You'll work directly with product and go-to-market teams in a distributed environment across the US and India, where AI is the core product rather than a feature.
