Twilio.org is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy and Analytics Manager to serve as the dedicated operational business partner to the Social Impact marketing leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, marketing operations, and advanced data modeling. You will design the automation, attribution, and account prioritization engines that drive marketing outcomes, moving beyond reporting to directly author investment proposals, influence leadership decisions, and see analyses translate into business impact. Key responsibilities include: - Act as a strategic GTM business partner, driving operating rhythms, quarterly pipeline generation OKR targets, QBR data packs, and marketing budget allocation frameworks alongside marketing leadership. - Lead investment proposals and impact modeling by architecting rigorous business cases, scenario models, and ROI forecasts to secure investment for new marketing programs; evaluate capital trade-offs across channels and stress-test expected pipeline returns and payback periods. - Lead pipeline automation and marketing triggers by designing, scripting, and operationalizing automated marketing triggers in Python/SQL notebooks to power high-converting marketing plays and feed targeted accounts into sales workflows. - Architect attribution and single source of truth by owning end-to-end pipeline attribution models across sales, marketing, and partner channels; maintain rep-level marketing metrics integrated into Frontline Manager data packs and leadership scorecards. - Drive account tiering and routing by operationalizing advanced account segmentation logic across Salesforce and intent/CDP tools to optimize lead routing, demand generation campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing outreach. - Partner on advanced commercial modeling with central data science teams on company-wide marketing frameworks (such as Marketing Mix Modeling), while independently owning custom scenario analysis including ASP impact modeling, Customer Lifetime Value cohorting, and field event ROI modeling. - Maintain and modernize GTM data infrastructure by curating and optimizing Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting assets, managing SQL logic via GitHub version control, maintaining dashboard glossaries, and implementing automated data QA processes. This role offers the opportunity for either an analytics strategist with deep technical data skills (SQL, Python, modeling) who wants to move beyond reporting to drive decisions, or a specialized marketer with deep subject-matter expertise in demand generation, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing who is ready to expand to own the entire marketing engine. Approximately 15% travel is anticipated to build relationships with customers and team members in person. REQUIREMENTS: Required: - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology organization. - Advanced technical stack: mastery of complex SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data extraction, manipulation, statistical analysis, and pipeline automation. - Data visualization and BI: proven track record building enterprise-grade executive scorecards and self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Looker. - CRM and GTM tech stack depth: strong functional understanding of Salesforce data architecture, campaign hierarchies, lead routing rules, and marketing automation platforms. - Commercial acumen and executive presence: exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience partnering directly with Director/VP-level leaders to turn data insights into operational decisions. Desired: - Experience working with customer data platforms and intent tools (e.g., Segment, 6sense, Marketo). - Experience with marketing modeling, multi-touch attribution, and lifetime value analyses. - Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows for analytics version control. - Genuine passion or prior experience in social impact, non-profit, or public sector technology domains.
