You will join the Growth team's Distribution division as a Performance and Strategy Associate, owning end-to-end distribution data and performance analysis. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that bridges analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Own distribution data and performance analysis end-to-end: define key metrics, build dashboards, analyze performance, and shape distribution strategy - Build and maintain automated dashboards using SQL and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase) segmented by product, vertical, partner, and geography - Conduct channel sizing and prioritization, build revenue models, and develop go-to-market strategies for new platforms and partnerships - Scope, run, and analyze experiments across channels (pricing tests, marketing investments, alternative discounts) and translate insights into recommendations and playbooks - Collaborate with external partners and internal teams (Supply, Product, Marketing) to meet performance expectations and scale incremental revenue - Identify process improvements, surface gaps and bottlenecks, and drive pragmatic changes to focus efforts on highest-ROI opportunities - Work across 40+ markets in a diverse international environment to develop repeatable best practices The role offers responsibility from day one, working in Madrid's heart with possible travel across markets. The team is young, international, and focused on data-driven decision-making at every level. Requirements: - STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data) - 3–5 years of experience in analytics, growth, or strategy roles within high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments - Advanced SQL (required) - Proficiency with one or more BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) with a track record of building automated, reliable dashboards - Strong analytical toolkit and process-improvement orientation - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority - Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus - Nice to have: Experience with statistical analysis tools or procedures in other sectors
