Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Sales Business Partners (SBP) to drive sales operations rhythms and strategic projects across Field Sales, Specialists, and Partners. This is a hands-on operational management role with high visibility to senior sales executives, requiring a sales-first mindset and commitment to cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include leading execution of operating cadence rhythms with global sales leaders, fostering a high-performance culture centered on collaboration and accountability, and partnering with business partners across the organization to support leadership requests and drive high-impact projects. You will project-manage sales performance reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of insights. The role involves producing recurring and ad hoc executive business updates, providing business performance insights to facilitate decision-making, and engaging in localized planning and sales operations activities.
You will drive local implementation and adoption of transformational programs and sales initiatives, collaborate closely with Strategic Sales Operations peers to ensure adherence to defined playbooks, and partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, HR, systems, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver business outcomes. Success requires standardizing deliverables and operations in close alignment with business partner leadership.
Required qualifications include 8+ years in sales operations, sales, or strategy consulting, with a minimum of 2+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders at $1B+ sales organizations. You must demonstrate proficiency in sales planning and operations including coverage, segmentation, territory planning, compensation strategy, and executing business rhythms (MBRs, QBRs). Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align senior leadership are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; graduate degree is a plus.
