Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud Platform Engineering to lead the Kubernetes platform engineering team. In this role, you will own the strategic vision and execution of platform automation, resilience, and FinOps alignment across large-scale Kubernetes clusters that serve as the backbone of Coupa's modern cloud infrastructure.
You will lead a team of platform engineers responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers Coupa's global spend management platform. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing the strategic roadmap for platform engineering, with focus on automation, operational resilience, and cost optimization (FinOps)
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing platform engineering team
• Driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous optimization
• Eliminating manual toil and reducing friction for all engineering teams using the platform
• Ensuring the platform delivers high performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
• Implementing best practices in Kubernetes management, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps
