Kaseya is seeking a Senior LMS Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Kaseya University's learning management system. This role ensures seamless learner experiences for internal employees, MSP partners, and customers while maintaining data integrity, system performance, and alignment with training program requirements. Key responsibilities include: LMS Administration: Administer and maintain the LMS including user management, course setup, enrollment workflows, and system configuration. Create and manage courses, learning paths, certification tracks, and curricula. Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls for internal employees, partners, and customers. Manage tenant structures, branding, and customization for different audience segments. Ensure content is properly uploaded, tested, and published according to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues, escalating to vendors when necessary. Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, user procedures, and troubleshooting resources. Reporting & Integrations: Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking learner progress, certification completion, and platform usage across audience segments. Pull together data from multiple sources across the department to build unified reporting. Work with API integrations connecting the LMS to other departmental systems, and support troubleshooting of data flow between platforms. SharePoint Administration: Administer SharePoint for the team, including site structure, permissions, and content organization, supporting documentation and collaboration needs. Learner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS-related questions, issues, and requests from learners, trainers, and administrators. Provide technical support for enrollment issues, access problems, content playback errors, and completion tracking discrepancies. Develop and maintain learner-facing support resources including FAQs, guides, and tutorials. Monitor learner feedback and system performance to identify and resolve user experience issues. Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience administering a learning management system - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) - Familiarity with Absorb LMS (required) - Experience with Docebo (nice to have) - Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations - Experience with SharePoint administration - Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to pull and combine data from multiple sources - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional proficiency in English
