In this Senior Knowledge Developer role, you will drive the technology-centric knowledge framework within the Global Support organization. You'll manage content operations roadmap contributions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop best-in-class knowledge assets, and leverage cutting-edge knowledge management technologies including AI. Key responsibilities include: - Assist in managing the content operations roadmap and contribute to project completion - Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain knowledge development processes and standards - Support knowledge development projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution - Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate knowledge effectiveness and share insights - Identify and implement improvements in knowledge processes and technology - Prepare AI-optimized content and build AI models for content generation You bring 6+ years of knowledge management, technical writing, or technical content development experience, including creating, capturing, structuring, and maintaining knowledge. You're experienced with knowledge management and ticketing systems, proficient in preparing AI-optimized content, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort with change are essential. Ideal candidates are proficient in Jira, experienced in Agile/Scrum environments, familiar with Confluence, Tableau, and Zendesk or similar CRM tools, and have managed content/knowledge-related projects. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent expertise is required.
