Vanta is a Series D trust management platform helping businesses earn and prove security continuously. The Integrations Platform team powers the world's largest trust automation ecosystem with over 400 integrations across cloud providers, identity platforms, MDM, and HRIS systems.
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer on the Integrations Platform, you will lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders and engineers, setting technical direction for critical infrastructure areas. You'll design, develop, and own new product functionality using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, working on both greenfield projects and scaling existing systems. The role involves mentoring talented engineers, contributing to engineering culture, and helping eliminate barriers to integration building through declarative, low-code, and AI-supercharged patterns.
Key responsibilities include: leading projects with significant business impact, setting direction for technical surface areas, designing and owning new product features and infrastructure, collaborating with engineers to improve customer security posture, and building Vanta's engineering culture as the company scales rapidly.
Success requires at least 5 years of industry experience, prior technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects, startup experience or bias-for-action environments, greenfield project experience, and interest in security. The role values curiosity about AI and responsible application of AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
