Salary: USD 137,200 - 186,050 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Federal Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will develop and manage relationships with C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across federal enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor on how ServiceNow's intelligent cloud platform can support their IT roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, and Partners. You will identify the right specialist resources to bring into deals at the right time, leverage account planning and territory planning strategies, and conduct field-based sales activities within a defined set of federal prospects and verticals. You will be responsible for producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-level relationships while promoting a customer success focus in a team-oriented environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Vienna, Virginia, with up to 50% travel required. ServiceNow offers flexible work personas depending on the nature of the work and assigned location.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations
- Proven experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-level relationships
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Ability to understand the broader IT landscape and ServiceNow's strategic plans
- Experience promoting customer success in a "win as a team" environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
