Kaseya is seeking a Senior Engineer for NOC (Network Operations Center) Services to join its infrastructure operations team in Bangalore. This role focuses on enterprise IT infrastructure monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across global customer environments.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory components (DNS, DHCP, RDS, DFS Replication, Group Policy Objects). Key responsibilities include triaging server performance alerts (CPU, memory, disk, services), managing disk space and storage expansion, and coordinating with storage teams as needed.
The role encompasses Windows patch management activities—troubleshooting patch failures, applying Microsoft Exchange cumulative updates, and executing Windows Server version upgrades. You'll plan and execute patching for virtual machines in Hyper-V clustering environments while minimizing service disruption.
You will monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs to ensure data integrity, actively participate in disaster recovery operations (restoration, testing, drills, validation), and provide hands-on support for virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware. Additional responsibilities include managing antivirus and security applications, applying basic networking knowledge to resolve infrastructure issues (IP addressing, DNS, routing, firewall coordination), and documenting incidents and standard operating procedures.
Required qualifications include strong Windows Server administration and Active Directory expertise, hands-on server monitoring and alert triage experience, solid disk/storage management knowledge, in-depth Windows patch management understanding, Hyper-V clustering and VM management experience, practical backup and disaster recovery background, virtualization platform knowledge, AV/endpoint security tool support experience, basic networking concepts, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include certifications (MCSE, MCSA, VMware, Azure), enterprise or managed services environment experience, and exposure to ITIL processes.
