Salary: USD 151,000 - 207,900 / annual
Okta is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive growth and retention across strategic accounts in the Midwest and Texas regions. You will report to the Regional Manager of Customer Success and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to large, complex enterprise customers, helping them align their business objectives with Okta's identity and security solutions.
In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle for strategic accounts: developing and nurturing C-level relationships, understanding customer business goals, and ensuring strong ROI and satisfaction. You will design and execute proactive success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes. You will champion customers internally, mobilizing cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve escalations and drive coordinated success initiatives.
Key responsibilities include gathering and surfacing customer feedback to drive product improvements, identifying and communicating new Okta capabilities to drive adoption, identifying renewal risk and expansion opportunities, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes. You will travel up to 25% to meet with customers and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, managing relationships with large, complex enterprises (preferably SaaS-based technical enterprise products)
- Solid track record of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and elite-level relationship management and executive stakeholder development skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with C-level executives
- Strong listening and analytical skills with ability to ask effective questions and anticipate customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Good technical and problem-solving skills with ability to provide quick resolution; experience in enterprise security tools preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
